Epoxy mortar FR 117 – Flooring Repair
RECOVERY AND REPAIR OF CONCRETE FLOORING
Hard FR 117 is an epoxy mortar of quick cure, high mechanical strength, composed by resin, hardener, and mineral fillings.
When the three components are mixed together, a mortar is obtained, where the epoxy resin and the mineral fillings provide a high mechanical strength. The hardener promotes the system quick cure. It enables a quick traffic release (4 hours for light traffic and 24 hours for heavy traffic).

COMPOSITION:
Epoxy Resin, Epoxy Hardener, and Mineral Fillings
PROPERTIES:
Work time at 25°C: 30 minutes
Initial Cure: 1 hour
Final cure: 4 hours (light traffic) – 24 hours (heavy traffic)
Recommended thickness: 5 to 80 mm
Maximum work temperature: 90°C
Resistance to compression – 7 days: 60 Mpa
NOTE:
Shelf life: 24 months
Storage temperature: 5°C to 35°C
The product can be stored in a dry, clean place, away from heat sources, sparkles and flames.
