Processing instructions
Check and, when required, homogenize the components before use. Add the correct quantity of hardener to the resin; then, mix it well for two minutes, preventing air bubbles from entering (the mixing time influences on the piece final gloss). Application with brush for thick layer. For the surface preparation (molds and models), use a separator Z 25 LE or Z 15 LC.
Post-cure
The post-cure process aims obtaining the maximum mechanical strength the material can offer. He cured systems at room temperature should be post-cured to increase the performance, especially if they will work at high temperatures. After 24 h from the curing at room temperature, the material should be heated at 60ºC for 10 – 15 h, increasing the temperature at 10ºC/hour. These parameters change according to the part size (for larger parts, the post-cure time should be higher). In the case of application in thin layers, the post-cure process should be made with the part in the gauge.
