Package

Resin PC 6NF – 10 kg

G 130 Blue Hardener – 1.5 kg

  • Mass mixing ratio: 100 : 15
  • Worktime (25°C, 200 ml, 50 mm): 20 – 30 min
  • Hardness (24 hours at 25°C): 50 – 55 Shore A
  • Stretching: 170 – 250 %
  • Maximum recommended thickness: up to 10 mm

Homogenize compounds before using. Add the correct amount of hardener to the resin, then mix it well (using plastic or metal spatulas), avoiding the insertion of air bubbles. Apply it right away, using the walls of the mold to let it leak, in order to avoid the insertion of bubbles by turbulent regime. Errors above ± 1% in the mixture proportions should cause problems to polymer hardening and degradation. With percentage variation, the hardness can vary ± 5 – 8 Shore A. For surface preparation (molds and models), refer to bulletins for release agents.
