HP 105 Resin + 105 Hardener

• Mass mixing ratio: 100 : 25
• Worktime (25°C, 100 ml, 40 mm): 2 – 3 min
• Demolding (150g, 25°C): 15 – 20 min
• Hardness: approx. 75 Shore D

Always obey the mixing ratio mentioned in the bulletin. The surfaces where the material will be applied must be clean, free from dust or contamination. THE SURFACES MUST BE FREE FROM MOISTURE SO THAT THE RESIN DOES NOT EXPAND. When adhesion is not desirable, apply the suitable release agent (Separator Z 15 LC) on the surfaces that will have the mixture.

Homogenize the HP 105 resin with a metal or plastic spatula, until the decanted parts are added to the resin. Add all the S 105 hardener to the resin package (previously homogenized), homogenizing it (for about one minute) with the aid of a metal or plastic spatula, until the whole material is visually mixed and with a uniform color. The insertion of air bubbles during mixture should be avoided. High temperatures reduce the Pot Life time (the material worktime).

Leak the mixture over the mold (previously prepared), observing the material Pot Life. Wait about 20 minutes for the part to be released, if it is too hot, let it rest on a flat surface. Do not leave the packages open, in order to avoid absorption of moisture, which causes excessive expansion of the material. Clean the tools immediately after application.
