• Mixture ratio in mass (g):  100 : 50 (resin : hardener)
• Mixture ratio in volume (ml): 100 : 56 (resin : hardener)

Processing instructions

Add the correct quantity of hardener to the resin, mix it carefully, preventing air bubbles from entering. Product should be applied with a brush or spreader. The surface should be dry, clean, and free from any dispersed particles, oil and grease. After work, tools should be cleaned with alcohol. When the room temperature or parts temperature are below 15ºC, apply a heating source to heat the parts and the resin at a temperature of at least 25ºC. This procedure will allow the resin to perfect cure and will consequently promote the maximum strength as possible.

Post-cure
The post-cure process aims obtaining the maximum mechanical strength the material can offer. The cured systems at room temperature should be post-cured to increase the performance, especially if they will work at high temperatures. After 24 h from the curing at room temperature, the material should be heated at 60ºC for 15 h, increasing the temperature at 10ºC/hour. These parameters change according to the part size (for larger parts, the post-cure time should be higher). In the case of application in thin layers, the post-cure process should be made with the part in the gauge.
