MS Polymer® Adhesive Sealant – High performance and durability

HARD MS 455 INDUSTRY is a flexible adhesive developed with MS Polymer® technology. It is a single-component adhesive that cures through atmospheric moisture, does not drip, and has permanent elasticity.

High durability
Formulated with an Anti-UV-B additive, it provides high protection against weathering and aging.

Greater adhesion
Bonds various materials with high adhesion and sealing power on metallic substrates (steel, including galvanized, painted, galvalume, as well as aluminum), glass, wood, and concrete.

Permanent flexibility:
Its high-quality raw material ensures that the sealant does not lose its flexibility over time.

  • Rupture stress (ISO 11600): 1.5 N/mm2
  • UVB ray resistance (ASTM C1257): 8,000 hours

  • Application temperature (surface): 5°C to 40°C
  • Work temperature: -40°C to 100°C
  • Peak temperature (2 hours): 120°C
  • Peak temperature (1 hour): 140°C
  • Storage temperature: 5°C to 25°C
